Self-Reflection: Regularly reflect on your experiences to identify patterns in your achievements and the skills you've utilized. Journaling can be a valuable tool in this process.
Feedback from Others: Seek constructive feedback from trusted friends, family, or colleagues to gain insights into strengths you might overlook.
Strengths Assessments: Utilize tools like the Clifton Strengths Assessment or the Values in Action Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS) to identify your strengths.
Set Ambitious Goals: Pursue aspirations that ignite passion and challenge your comfort zones. Pursuing challenging aspirations can invigorate your sense of purpose and push you beyond your comfort zone - which is a great thing!
