The Rebel Career Transformation Program is a powerful 12 week journey where we work together to move you forward with clarity and purpose diving deep into your career vision, personal and career values, career SWOT, goal setting, an action plan and a professionally crafted resume and optimized LinkedIn profile. At the end of the program you will have a solid understanding of what you want and what no longer serves you so you can move forward with a sound career plan with actionable goals and accountability.
In addition to this incredible program I am including the 6 week Positive Intelligence Bootcamp because I strongly believe that to be powerful in your midlife journey you need to develop a resilient and powerful mindset.
By the end of the 12 weeks together, you will have rewired your mindset, created an exciting career vision that you deeply believe in, understand your values, strengths and skills, created branded tools to move boldly forward and most of all achieved a renewed level of awareness of who you are in midlife and how to kick ass!

This is a powerful first session reviewing your saboteurs, your goals for the program and your worksheets on energy and your dreams. You will begin using the APP today for the Positive Intelligence mental fitness work you will do to help develop your mental muscle and resilience.

This week you will continue to work on your mental fitness with the app as well as moving forward with developing your career vision statement and your career wheel.

This week is a client favorite! We will take a deep dive into your Ikigai - which is a Japanese concept loosely translated to 'reason for being'. We will discover what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs and what you can be paid for!

Identifying and understanding your values, passion and purpose takes introspection and self-discovery. This week is all about examining your beliefs and motivations to gain clarity on what truly matters to you.

When considering a new job or career - your career values count as one of the most important factors that will help guide your choices. Knowing what you value in a job and workplace can help you evaluate career options to consider and assist you with choosing a job that is the best fit for your values.

Visualization and daydreaming are powerful human tendencies. They are very healthy and can be harnessed to make you more infectiously optimistic. Scientific studies have shown that when we shift our identity - who we think we are - we are capable of following through on the things that we truly desire and want to achieve.
The 'Best Possible Self' or 'Future Self' exercise is rooted in positive psychology and is one of the most recognized methods for boosting your happiness!
The second half of this session is reviewing your Career SWOT which considers both your internal and external impacts allowing you to objectively see where your strengths and weaknesses are.

We all know that goal setting is a critical part of a professional development plan and that establishing meaningful goals that are actionable and measurable are one of our most powerful tools.
In this session we will review some of the work to date that considers your career vision and career wheel and the goals you established, connecting to your deeper emotions to identify 'how you want to feel' to create deeply meaningful goal drivers that make you feel:

This week we begin wrapping up the work we have done together and reviewing your mental fitness goals to see how you are doing.
You will be presented with a complete Action Plan of all the exercises, your goals and accountability plan you created and your next steps to keep you moving forward and on track.

This week we will review any goals that were not completed from our last session and discuss any skill assessments, interview strategies, cover letter needs etc.

This week we begin the process of rewriting your professional resume.
We will work together to discuss your vision and presentation and will set up a timetable for reviews.
You will be presented with two iterations of your resume and expect the completed files within 7-14 days depending on availability for feedback.

You will be presented with an audit of your LInkedin Profile for discussion and once changes are agreed upon, your profile will be updated.
You will need a professional headshot.
